one day at a time...

I am not a follower of twelve-step programs. That is, I am not an advocate. But there is a thing or two in them that I find helpful. That "one day at a time" thing, for example. Start fresh every day.

I have been using dietpower and paying better attention to what I eat. I also went back to sparkpeople, which can be motivating. It is a community, and a lot of people like that about it. I don't care one way or another and tend to be bored by other people's accounts of what they ate and how much they exercised. Which is why I started this blog here, away from my other blogs. It's likely to bore me silly, never mind anyone else. The plus side of sparkpeople is that it is free, you can use it off and on, it contains a lot of helpful tools.
