Another day, another blog

I have been posting in my arthritis blog for a while now. One comment I have made more than once is that the best thing I can do for my knees is to lose weight.

I post in that blog to keep track of my progress following Arthritis Rx. It helps me to note what I have done and what results I notice. I could, therefore, post about my success in weight loss there also. But I don't think that would be appropriate. Not everyone with arthritis has a weight problem, and posts about weight loss might soon outweigh (heh) the posts specifically about arthritis.

Thus this blog. Here, away from the rest of the world, I can post all about the really boring subject of weight loss. I for one get impatient with posts about weight loss written by others. I don't want to hear what they ate or how much they lost. Nevertheless, it will likely be useful to me - if nobody else - for me to record what I do about my weight here.

And so it will begin. Tomorrow I will return to my trusty friend, Dietpower.* I am not sure if I will weigh myself but probably I should.
