262.5 today. I know that these first few days are a grace, that any pounds lost now are not indicative of the future. I am sticking with my goals but still eating too much. Should I set a goal for calories? I know I can make progress if I stay under or at 2000 calories a day, because I am tall and have a largish frame. Yet I resist setting that as a goal.
Is "goal" the right word? Perhaps I need to look that up.
