Goals

I have learned the error of setting absolute goals. For example, of losing a set amount of weight by a specific date. Dietpower makes you set goals but they just help keep you on track and you don't have to pay attention.

Better to set goals that you can meet. Therefore, my first goal is to use dietpower at least six days out of every week. No, let's make that five days. That way, when I travel and am at restaurants with others I can let that day go if need be.

Goal number 2: get lots of water. At least eight glasses a day.

Goal number 3: don't eat after eight p.m. at least five days a week. Again, travel sometimes makes it harder to meet some goals so I built in some slack.
